Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Rice 2-1/2 cups
  • Chopped onions 4
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 8
  • Biryani masala 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Fresh milk 1 cup
  • Yellow food color some
  • Salt to taste

To Boil Rice:

  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 3
  • Salt to taste
  • All spices some
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot, fry onion until golden brown and take out half onion.
  2. Then put beef mince, salt and ginger garlic paste and dry beef water.
  3. Now add red chili, turmeric, yogurt, lemon juice, mint leaves, green chilies and all spice and roast it.
  4. Then put mint leaves, green chilies, salt, all spices and vinegar in rice and boil 2/4.
  5. Now drain water of rice, grease base of pot and make layer of half rice.
  6. Then make layer of mince and make layer of remaining rice.
  7. Then put milk and yellow food color mixture, add lemon juice and simmer it.
  8. When steam comes, biryani is ready.
  9. Then take out in dish, put fried onion and mint leaves and serve with yogurt raita.
