Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Cottage cheese 2 packet
  • Bread slices 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 6
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Corn flour as required
  • Eggs 2
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Oil (for frying) as required

Method:

  1. Put chicken, salt and ginger garlic paste in frying pan and dry chicken water.
  2. Then grind in chopper with bread slices.
  3. Now put in bowl, mix green chilies, red chili, black pepper, cumin and cheese nicely and make small balls.
  4. Then coat with flour and dip in eggs.
  5. Now heat oil in wok, deep fry balls until golden brown, take it out and serve with ketchup.

Chicken & Paneer Dumplings a Savoury Dish, prepared with Chicken & Cheese, coated with Flour and served with Ketchup or Sauce. It can be served as Starter, Appetizers & Snacks or Refreshment.
