Ingredients:

  • Bakarkhani 250 gm
  • Pistachio slice 2 tbsp
  • Almond slice 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 2 cup
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Boil milk with sugar.
  2. Now grease baking dish with butter.
  3. Then spread bakarkhani and cover dish base.
  4. When milk boils, put on bakarkhani and dissolve it for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Now put cream.
  6. Then sprinkle almond and pistachio, bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes and serve hot.
