Ingredients:

  • Mutton leg 1 to 1-1/2 kg
  • Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sriracha sauce 4 tbsp
  • Sweet & sour sauce 2 tbsp
  • Thai red curry paste 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Curry leaves handful
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Baby onions 8 – 10
  • Boiled eggs 2
  • French fries 1 cup

Method:

  1. Boil mutton leg with ginger garlic paste, salt and 4 cup water until tender.
  2. Now keep it aside.
  3. Then heat oil, put all sauces, red curry paste, lemon juice and curry leaves and fry until oil comes up.
  4. Then add mutton leg and 1/2 cup water, put onion and cook until it tender.
  5. Now take out in platter and serve with onions, boiled eggs and french fries.

Thai Mutton Leg Roast is Delicious Dish. It can be prepared specially in Eid-ul-Adha in Pakistan. It is served with Boiled Eggs & French Fries.
