Ingredients:

  • Paneer 250 gm
  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 250 gm
  • Button red chilies 8
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper corns 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Onions 2
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Green chilies 4

Method:

  1. Heat ghee, fry paneer and take it out.
  2. Now do onion brown and put red chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic, curry leaves and chopped green chilies.
  3. Then add boiled potatoes pieces.
  4. Also put crushed paneer, mix it nicely and close stove.

Paneer Aloo Bhujia is healthy & tasty dish.
