Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Soaked rice 1/2 kg
  • Green tomatoes 4
  • Grinded green chilies 2 tbsp
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Yellow color 1/4 tsp
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Coal

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, yogurt, cream, black pepper, cumin, red chili powder, cardamom and ginger garlic paste for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil, put tomatoes slices and fry it nicely.
  3. Now add marinated chicken, cover it and cook until it is done.
  4. Then heat butter in other pan, put green chilies, salt and soaked rice and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Then add water, cover it and cook  until rice is ready.
  6. Now take out rice and put chicken mixture in center.
  7. Put mint, kewra and yellow color and simmer it.
  8. Then give smoke of coal.

Malai Tikka Biryani is mouth-washing dish. The flavor of coal is aromatic. Make this recipe when your guest comes.
