Ingredients:

  • Spinach 1/2 kg
  • Bread slices 2
  • Chicken stock 2 cups
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh cream as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash spinach nicely, boil it in 1 cup water, remove it after 10 minutes and cool it.
  2. Now grind in blender.
  3. Cook spinach again with stock for 5 minutes in pot.
  4. When it boils, put salt.
  5. Then take out in bowl and put fried small pieces of bread slices.
  6. Then put cream and black pepper.
  7. Keep butter and bun with it.

Spinach Soup is healthy & yummy soup. It is prepared with few ingredients. It is served with buns.
