Chiniot Stuff Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken 1 kg
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1-1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Chopped mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Sweet corn 2 tbsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Blended tomato 1
  • Grinded brown onion 2 tbsp
  • Grinded coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Grinded green chilies 4
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cream 1/4 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp

For Stuffing:

  • Boiled eggs 2
  • Soaked plum 6
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mark cuts with fork on chicken.
  2. Marinate chicken with salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic, lemon juice, all spice, tomato, brown onion, coriander leaves, grinded green chilies, yogurt, cream and butter for 2 hours.
  3. Now fill boiled eggs, plum, chopped onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped green chilies and sweet corn in chicken.
  4. Then tie with thread and cook in hot oil on both sides until light golden.
  5. Now add 1/2 cup water, put remaining marination and simmer it until it tender.
  6. Serve with boiled vegetables and french fries.

Chiniot Stuff Chicken is delicious & amazing dish. It is marinated with butter & cream mixture and stuffed with boiled eggs & plum mixture. It is Pakistani dish
