Ingredients:

For Marination:

  • Olive oil 1/4 cup
  • Grated lemon 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2-1/2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Dried oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Beef stock 14.25 oz

For Fajita:

  • Flank steak 250 gm
  • Chicken breast 250 gm
  • Capsicum 2
  • Sweet onion 1
  • Oil as required
  • Salsa 1 cup
  • Sour cream 1/4 cup
  • Cilantro as required

Method:

  1. For marination: Marinate steak and chicken with marination ingredients overnight.
  2. Now grill steak and chicken with capsicum and onion in saucepan and grill for 8 minutes on both sides.
  3. Then put cilantro and serve sour cream and salsa.

Beef Fajita is delicious dish. Beef is marinated and grilled. Served with vegetables, sour cream and salsa.
