Sesame Fish With Mint Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet 1/2 kg
  • Maida 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp

For Chutney:

  • Mint leaves 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 3
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. For chutney: Put mint leaves, lemon juice, garlic, green chilies and salt in blender, mix with yogurt nicely and serve with fish.
  2. For fish: Marinate fish with salt, black pepper, red chili powder, lemon juice and garlic paste.
  3. Now toss in maida and dip in beaten eggs.
  4. Then coat with bread crumbs and sesame seeds.
  5. Then deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  6. Now serve with chutney.
