Thai Chicken Red Curry

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Red curry paste 2-3 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Mushroom 1 cup
  • Lemon leaves 4-5
  • Garlic 5-6 cloves
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped red chilies 2-3
  • Basil leaves 10-12
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put oil in pan, put garlic and chicken and roast it.
  2. When color of chicken changes, add red curry paste, fish sauce, mushroom, lemon leaves, black pepper, red chilies and salt and roast for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Then add coconut milk and water and cook until gravy is thick.
  4. Gravy is thick, dish out it, garnish with red chili and basil leaves and serve.

Thai Chicken Red Curry is spicy dish. Coconut milk and red curry paste is added. Serve with rice. You must try this recipe.
