Fried Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla ice cream scoops as required
  • Crushed corn flakes 2 cups
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Chocolate sauce for serving

Method:

  1. Roll ice cream balls in corn flakes and keep in refrigerator for 12 hours.
  2. Now make batter of eggs and corn flour, dip ice cream in it, then roll in corn flakes, freeze for 8-10 hours and deep fry it.
  3. Then drizzle chocolate sauce and serve.

Fried Ice Cream is amazing ice cream. Vanilla ice cream is coated with corn flakes and freezed. Then dipped in egg mixture & coated again with corn flakes and freezed again. Deep fried and served.
