Mughlai Boti Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 500 gm
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Ginger crushed 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cashew nut paste 2 tbsp
  • Fennel powder 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Onion paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Now marinate chicken with this mixture.
  3. Then skew on skewer and bake in oven.
  4. Delicious mughlai boti kabab is ready.

Mughlai Boti Kabab is tasty dish. Chicken is marinated with spices and cream. Then skew on skewer and baked. Serve with sauce and paratha.
