Chicken Samosa Recipe

Chicken Samosa is common samosa. You can add more ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 125 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Green chilies chopped 5
  • Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Samosa wraps 15-20

Direction:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan and fry garlic paste for 1 minute.
  2. Then add chicken mince and cook for 2minutes on high flame.
  3. Then add ginger paste and salt and cook for 10 minutes until liquid dries.
  4. Now toss onions, green chilies, coriander leaves and black pepper, mix it, remove it and cool it.
  5. Then beat egg, put flour and mix until thick paste.
  6. Now fold samosa wrap in triangle shape.
  7. Then fill with chicken filling, brush edges with beaten egg and seal it.
  8. Then heat 3 tbsp oil in pan and fry samosa until golden brown.
  9. Then take out in tissue paper so that it absorbs oil.
  10. Then keep on plate and serve with ketchup or chutney.

Chicken Samosa is crispy fried snack dish. Chicken is cooked with garlic paste. Then mixed with onions, green chilies and coriander leaves. Then filled in wraps and fried. Serve with chutney.
