Ingredient:

  • Chicken – 2 cups (shredded)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – 1tbsp
  • Mustard powder – ½ tbsp
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Bread slices – 12
  • Eggs – 2
  • Oil – for frying

Method:

  1. Take a frying pan and melt butter in it.
  2. Add flour and stir on a low flame for a minute.
  3. Add milk, gradually and stirring constant. Add egg at the same time to avoid lumps.
  4. Stir the mixture till it’s thick and smooth.
  5. Add salt, pepper, and mustard powder.
  6. Remove from heat and add chicken in it.
  7. Make different shapes out of bread and spread chicken paste on each side of the shaped bread.
  8. Cover both the pieces of bread together.
  9. Deep fry the patties until golden.
