• will definitely try these kababs inshallah! i try rida's recipes on and off but mostly i stick to shireen anwer and sara riaz but recently ive started following tahira mateen aswell.she teaches selected dishes and so most of them are brilliant.

• I made the chicken dal kababs and they were so good. I did not use full 1 cup dal channa, I used just 1/2 cup.I added lots of chopped ginger, about 1 1/2 tbsp. Plz try the recipe.
