Mooli ka zarda
Ingredients
- 3 radish
- 250 grams dried milk
- ½ cup milk
- ½ ckup clarified butter
- 50 grams almonds and pistachio
- 50 grams raisins
- ½ tsp yellow food color
- 2 tbsp kewra
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
Method
- Firstly grate radish after peeling them. In a pan heat 1 ½ glass of water add ½ tsp yellow food clor and grated radish and allow boiling.
- When radish has softened rinse it in a different pan.
- Cook ¼ cup clarified butter, ½ cup sugar 50 grams raisins in small quantity of water.
- When sugar has completely dissolve add boiled radish in it.
- Increase the flame and mix it well. When it is properly mixed, add 50 grams almonds and pistachio 250 grams dried milk and 2 tbsp kewra in it and allow simmering for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Delicious Moli ka Zarda is ready.
