Pina Colada Surprise
Ingredients
- Pineapple Jelly 2 packets
- Water 1 cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Condensed milk ½
- Tetra pack cream 1 packet
- Coconut essence ½ tsp
- Desiccated Coconut 3 tbsp
- Pineapple finely chopped 1 cup
Method
- Dissolve 2 packets jelly in 1 cup water, Pineapple finely chopped 1 cup, add in ½ cup yogurt, ½ tin condensed milk, also add dissolve jelly, 1 packet cream, ½ tsp essence, 3 essence, 3 tbsp desiccated coconut.
- Blend all well for 1 minute.
- Remove in serving bowl.
- Chill till firm.
- Decorate & serve with fresh cream.
