Egg and Cabbage Bhujia
Ingredients
- Cabbage 2 cups
- Eggs beaten 2
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Onion finely chopped 1 cup
- Boiled peas ½ cup
- Oil ¼ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- White cumin whole 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
Method
- Heat ¼ cup oil pan.
- Add 1 tsp white cumin and 1cup chopped onion.
- Fry till light golden.
- Add 1 tsp garlic paste with 2 beaten eggs, mix well.
- Add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, 4 chopped green chilies and 2 cups sliced cabbage.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes on low flame, lastly add ½ cup boiled peas and remove.
Ghatiye ki Bhujiya
Ingredients
- Ghatia 250 gm
- Onion sliced
- Tomatoes chopped 2
- Green Chilies Chopped 2
- Oil ½ cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Turmeric ½
Method
- Heat ½ cup oil, fry 1 cup sliced onion till light brown.
- Add 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp salt with ¼ tsp salt with ¼ cup water, add250 gm ghatias and mix well.
- Add ½ cup water to softened ghatias.
- When little water left add cubes of tomatoes, 2 green chilies.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
Cholay Ki Saag
Ingredients
- Amaranth leaves ½
- Tomato chopped 1
- Potatoes 2
- Green chilies 4
- Onion 1 cup
- Oil ¼ cup
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Garlic chopped 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp heaped
- Salt ¾ tsp
Method
- Heat ¼ cup oil in pan.
- Add 1 tsp cumin seeds with sliced onion.
- Fry till transparent.
- Add 1 tsp crushed garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add ¾ tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed red chilies and chopped tomato.
- Fry for 5 minutes.
- Add ¼ cup water with potato cubes and chopped maranth leaves, cove and cook on low flame for 20 minutes till potatoes tender.
- Serve with puri.
