Peas in Minty Cream Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 300 gram peas
  • 60 ml vegetable broth
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 115 g ram mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped   
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Method:

  1. In a pot cook peas and garlic in the vegetable broth until
  2. tender.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, assemble garlic clove and
  4. place peas in a serving dish.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Stir in the mascarpone and mint.
