Fruit-Flavor Popcorn Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 packet jelly; any flavor
  • 1/2 lb. Salted peanuts; coarsely chopped
  • 9 cups Popped popcorn

Method:

  1. In a pan, bring syrup and sugar to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add jelly, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Then add peanuts and pour over popcorn, mixing well.
  4. Quickly form into 1 ½  balls.
  5. Serve.
