Chicken Kay Koftay

Ingredients for Koftay:

  • Chicken Mince 1/2 kg
  • Mix Spices 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Roasted Gram Flour 4 tbsp
  • Almonds 10
  • Green Chillies 4
  • Onion 1

Ingredients for Gravy:

  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green Chilli Paste 1 tsp
  • White Pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
  • Mix Spices 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Almonds 10
  • Onion Paste 2

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients of koftay in chicken mince and grind in chopper.
  2. Now make koftay of this mixture.
  3. For Gravy: Heat oil. Now add onion paste, ginger, garlic, green chilli paste, white pepper, coriander, cumin powder & yogurt and make masala.
  4. Now add koftay and cook it. Together add water for gravy.
  5. When koftay is ready, add almonds, cream & mix spices and serve it.

Ingredients for Sabut Mong Ki Daal Aur Anday:

  • Whole Green Split Gram 1/2 kg
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mix spices 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli 1-1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 6
  • Onion 1

Method:

  1. Soak whole green split gram for 30 minutes.
  2. Now add ginger, garlic, salt, red chilli, turmeric, coriander & water and boil it.
  3. When gram is cooked, add boiled and fried eggs.
  4. Together add mix spices & coriander leaves.
  5. Heat half cup oil, add fried onion & cumin and roast it.
  6. Add roasted in gram and serve it.
