Ingredients for Butter Chicken:

  • 450 gram boneless chicken
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp red chilli crushed
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp cumin, ground
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tsp garam masala

Ingredients for Paneer:

  • 2 liters fresh milk
  • 1/2 kg curd
  • 1 tbsp salt

Ingredients for Chocolate Mango Crepes:

  • Chocolate crepes as required

  • 1-1/4 cup chocolate milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup flour

For Filling:

  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 2 tsp zest
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped walnut

For Sauce:

  • 2 cup mango slice
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
