Ingredients for Doodh Wala Paratha Lachay Dar:

  • Plain flour 2 cup
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Ghee for frying
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Soda 1 pinch

  • Potato 3-4

  • Tomato puree 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Dry fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves, Green chillies as required
