Fish n chips

Ingredients;

  • Fish boneless                       1 kg
  • Potato                                     2
  • Flour                                 4-6 tbsp
  • Baking powder                   1 tbsp
  • Salt                                      to taste
  • Lemon juice                      3 tbsp

Method;

  1. Cut potatoes length wise
  2. Sprinkle oip and salt on them , put in a baking tray and bake for 10-15 mins
  3. Cut the fish into 4 fillets.
  4. Marinate the fish with lemon and salt.
  5. In a bowl, mix flour with cold water ,  add baking powder and beat again.
  6. Coat the fish in the flour and deep fry.

Fish roll with creamy tomato sauce

Ingredients;

  • Spinach                       1/2 bunch
  • Fish fillet                          1
  • Tomato                           3- 4
  • Cream                            1 cup
