BBQ Beef Chili, Chicken Manchurian And Tomato Soup With Cream by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients for BBQ Beef Chili:

  • Undercut pieces 1/2 kg
  • BBQ Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 10
  • Oil as required
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Firstly wash undercut pieces nicely, mix with white vinegar, soya sauce, salt, sugar, corn flour, crushed black pepper, BBQ sauce leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Take fry pan, grease with slightly oil, put undercut pieces separate and make their water dry.
  3. Then heat grill pan, grease with slightly oil and spread the dry undercut pieces.
  4. When it becomes dry from both sides and put them on the serving tray.
  5. Now heat 1 tsp oil in a fry pan, and put long and thin pieces of green chilies, soy sauce, white vinegar an salt.
  6. Then put it on the ready undercut pieces. 
  7. Together put sesame seed oil and serve hot.

Ingredients for Chicken Manchurian:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Raw onion paste 1
  • Corn flour as required
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Pine apple cubes 1 small can
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 4

Method:

  1. Firstly marinate boneless chicken with corn flour, salt, soya sauce, white vinegar, ginger garlic and leave for few minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in one fry pan, put marinate chicken and fry it.
  3. In one karahi pan, heat oil and fry onion it until light pinkish.
  4. Then add tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce, white vinegar,  brown sugar, pineapple juice and sesame oil.
  5. Then heat the sizzler and put the manchurian
  6. When the smoke comes out, serve hot immediately.

Ingredients for Tomato Soup With Cream:

  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg

  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup

  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp

  • Black pepper 1 tsp

  • Cream style corn 1 can

  • Bread slices 4

  • Fresh cream 1 packet

  • Parsley to garnish

Method:

  1. Wash tomatoes and put in the pot.
  2. Together add water and boil it.
  3. When tomatoes are boiled well, keep them aside for cool and then blend it in blender.
  4. Then put them again in pot and add tomato ketchup, brown sugar, black pepper and cook them.
  5. Then dissolve corn flour in some water and stir it well.
  6. When it become thick, remove tomato soup from stove and add some salt.
  7. Cut bread slices into small pieces, deep fry it until it becomes golden brown, take out and spread on tissue paper.
  8. When u want to serve it, then heat soup.
  9. Then firstly add cream style corn in soup bowl.
  10. Then put hot soup and then put some pieces of toast.
  11. Lastly add fresh cream and put some parsley on the top.
