- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Onion 1
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Oil 8 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Spicy meatballs sachet 1 packet
- Pasta 1 packet
- Yogurt 2 cup
- Kewra 6 tbsp
Ingredients for Roz Saudi:
- Mutton 2 kg
- Onion 1
- Rice 3 cup
- Raisins 1/2 cup
- Pine nut 1/3 cup
- Almonds 1/3 cup
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Cardamom small 1 tbsp
- Oil 6 tbsp
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Clove 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon few
- Salt to taste
