Mutton Shorba, Stir Fried Chicken And Hokkien Noodles by Chef Zakir

Ingredients for Mutton Shorba:

  • Mutton  1/2 kg
  • Brown onion  2
  • Yogurt  250 gm
  • Green chilies  2-3
  • Tomatoes boiled  2
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder  1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon  1 inch piece
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  1/4 cup

Method:

  1. First, heat oil, fry onion until red, take out, crush with hand and keep aside.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste and mutton in this oil and roast lightly.
  3. Then add chopped red chili, turmeric, chopped coriander and chopped cumin and roast for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Now put cinnamon, salt, yogurt and green chilies, add 1-1/2 to 2 cup water, cover it and leave for cook.
  5. After 25 to 30 minutes, when mutton is tendered, add all spice powder and add red onion and roast on little high flame.
  6. Delicious Mutton Shorba is ready.

Ingredients for Stir Fried Chicken:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Pineapple 2-3 slices
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Onion  1
  • Capsicum  1
  • Spring onion  1
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup  2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Crushed black pepper  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First, heat oil and add ginger garlic paste and chicken.
  2. When color of chicken is changed, add tomatoes, chopped onion and chopped green onion and roast for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Then add pineapple slices, lemon juice, tomato ketchup, salt, chopped black pepper, worcester sauce and chili garlic sauce, roast for 1 to 2 minutes, mix it and serve.

Ingredients for Hokkien Noodles:

  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Egg  2
  • Garlic  4 cloves
  • Egg noodles  1/2  packet
  • Glass noodles  1/2 packet
  • Bean sprout  1 cup
  • Prawns  200 gm
  • Chicken breast  1
  • Spring onion  2
  • Fresh red chilies  3-4
  • Cabbage 1/4 piece
  • Capsicum  1
  • Lemon juice  1-1 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon skin  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper powder  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in karahi pan, add chopped garlic, julienne chicken breast and fry.
  2. Together add prawns, cook for 2 to 3 minutes, add capsicum, green chilies and cabbage and cook more for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Now beat eggs. When the vegetables are soft, put eggs and cook without mixing.
  4. When eggs are cooked, turn it very carefully.
  5. After that, add boiled egg noodles, rice noodles, bean sprout, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, lemon skin and fresh red chilies, mix it carefully and serve hot.
