Ingredients for Yakhni Shorba:

  • Chicken wings  500 grams
  • Water  8 cups
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Curd  1 cup
  • Ginger  1 inch long
  • Small sized onion  1
  • Small sized tomato  1
  • Cumin powder  1/2 tsp
  • Whole black pepper  4-5
  • Bay leaf  1
  • Tara garam masala  1-1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies  2
  • Fennel seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Garlic  6-8 cloves
  • Flour  1 tbsp

Ingredients for Vegetable Pakora Korma:

For Korma:

  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Medium sized onion 2
  • Garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Cloves  3-4
  • Green cardamom  3-4
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Dry coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tsp
  • Curd  2 cups
  • Tara garam masala  1 tsp
  • Potato   1
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Medium onion 1
  • Cauliflower  1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder  1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Dry coriander 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour  1-1/2 cup
  • Pomegranate seeds  2 tbsp

Ingredients for Foil Baked Curry Rice:

  • Rice  2 cusp
  • Medium sized onion 1
  • Small tomato 1
  • Green chilies 1
  • Cumin powder 4-5
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 1 tsp
  • Cloves  2-3
  • Cinnamon  2
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Garlic  1 tbsp
  • Ginger  1 tbsp
  • Aluminum foil   to cover pan
  • Chicken cube  1
