Ingredients for Malai Boti:
- Chicken 750 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs[
- Papaya paste 1-1/2 tbsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Green chilli 8-10
- Coriander 2 tbsp
- Mint as required
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Shashlik stick 8-10
- Coal 1
Ingredients for Kashmiri Chai:
- Kashmiri tea 2 tsp
- Water 2 cup
- Milk 2 cup
- Almond powder 1 tbsp
- Soda 2 pinch
- Small cardamom 3-4
- Sugar to taste
- Pistachio for garnish
