Ingredients for Murgh Bara Masala:

  • Chicken 8 pieces or 1 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Fried onion 1/2 cup
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Almond 20
  • Coconut 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Whole red chilli 15
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Vegetable Do Piyaza:

  • Cauliflower 250 gm
  • Tomato 250 gm
  • Seem ki phali 250 gm
  • Carrot 250 gm
  • Peas 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp

For Masala:

  • Talhar mirch 8
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
