Ingredients for Silk Coconut Balls:

  • Grated coconut  180 grams
  • Butter  20 grams
  • Sugar powder  50 grams
  • Egg white  2
  • Corn flour/ custard powder  2 tbsp

Ingredients for Tawa Fish:

  • Fish fillets  500 grams
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili  2 tsp
  • Garlic ginger paste  2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  1/4 tsp
  • Carom seeds  1 pinch
  • Dry coriander powder  1 tbsp
  • Taraq garam masala  1 tsp
  • Ram flour  4 tbsp
  • Water  2 tbsp
  • Oil  for shallow fry

Ingredients for Garlic Yogurt Sauce:

  • Curd  1 cup
  • Olive oil  2 tbsp
  • Garlic  2 cloves
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1/4 tsp

Ingredients for Greek Salad Pita Sandwich:

  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Black/Green olives 2 tbsp
  • Lettuce leaves 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 1/2 cup
  • Feta cheese 3/4 cup
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Pita bread 6
