- Spinach 1 bowl
- Onion 1
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Makai ka ata 2 tbsp
- Desi ghee 4 tbsp
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste

- White makai ka ata 1 bowl
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
