Ingredients for Bean & Capsicum Salad:

  • Bean 1 tin
  • Capsicum cubes 4
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Mushroom slice 1 tin
  • Boiled macaroni 1 packet
  • Mayonnaise 1 bottle
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Sweet corn 1 tbsp
  • Sweet corn 1 tin

Method:

  1. For boiling macaroni: Heat water and put macaroni.
  2. Together add oil. When macaroni is tendered, strain it, wash with cold water and pour oil.
  3. Soak raisins in hot water.
  4. Now put macaroni, mayonnaise, beans, sugar, black pepper, salt, capsicum cubes, tomato ketchup, raisins, mushroom slices and sweet corn in one bowl, mix it well and serve chill.

Ingredients for Desi Aloo Gosht:

  • Mutton or beef 1/2 kg
  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Degi red chilies 3
  • White vinegar few drops
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Mustard oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put beef or mutton, onion and degi red chili, grind it and put in clay pot.
  2. Now put turmeric, chopped coriander, yogurt, crushed & roasted cumin, roasted & crushed white cumin, all spice powder and mustard oil and cook with 2 cups hot water.
  3. When water dries, put potato and roast well.
  4. After that, put 2 cup hot water and keep on low flame.
  5. When potatoes tender and oil starts comes up, put green chilies and chopped green coriander and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve delicious degi aloo gosht with hot chapati or naan.
