Ingredients:
- Mutton 1 kg
- Rice 1 kg
- Chopped onion 1 cup
- Ghee 1-1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Cloves 6-8
- Cinnamon 3-4
- Black cardamom 6-8
- Small cardamom 3-4
- Black cumin 1-1/2 tbsp
- Bay leaf 2
- Black pepper 6-8
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
