Ingredients For Butterscotch Brownies:

  • Flour  2 cups
  • Salt  1 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda  1/4 tsp
  • Dark brown sugar  2 cups
  • Eggs  2
  • Vanilla essence  1 tbsp
  • Chocolate chips  1/2 cup
  • Walnuts toasted  1 cup
  • Butter melted  3/4 cup

Ingredients For Keema Biryani:

  • Mutton  500 gm
  • Basmati rice  2-1/2 cup
  • Cloves  5-6
  • Cinnamon stick  1 inch piece
  • Star anise  1
  • Black cardamoms  2-3
  • Green cardamoms  4-5
  • Bay leaves  2
  • Black peppercorns  5-6
  • Caraway seeds  1 tsp
  • Ghee  3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Ginger  1 tbsp
  • Garlic  1 tbsp
  • Red chili  1 tbsp
  • Dill  2-3 tbsp
  • Fresh fenugreek  1 cup
  • Fried onions  1 cup
  • Garam masala  2 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Ghee  2 tbsp
  • Green chilies  4-5
  • Ginger  1 inch piece
