Ingredients For Chocolate Mousse:

  • Chocolate  250 gm
  • Egg white  3 pieces
  • Egg yolk  3 pieces
  • Sugar  70 gm
  • Cream  200 gm
  • Mint leaves  for garnish

Method:

  1. Melt chocolate in double boiler, beat egg yolks in a bowl, add in melted chocolate and mix keep inside.
  2. Beat cream very well, add to chocolate mixture and fold.
  3. Separate beat egg whites with caster sugar until stiff.
  4. Add beaten egg white to the chocolate cream mixture and fold gently.
  5. Now pour mixture in a serving bowl or individual glasses.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.

Ingredients For Julienne Beef:

  • Beef (julienne) 500 gm
  • Carrot  1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Cabbage half
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oil  as required
  • Chicken Stock  1 cup

Method:

  1. In a pan heat the oil, then add beef in it and fry it for few minutes, then add soya sauce, salt n pepper, chicken stock, then add the vegetables then cook it for a while.
  2. Now serve hot.

Ingredients For Chicken Mustard With Mushroom Sauce:

  • Chicken breast  1
  • Garlic chopped  1 tsp
  • Mustard paste  1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce  1 tbsp
  • Honey  1 tbsp
  • Lemon  2 tbsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper  to taste

For Mushroom Sauce:

  • Chicken powder 1 packet
  • Water  2 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper  to taste
  • Mushrooms  6 piece
  • Soya sauce  3 tbsp
  • Cream  100 gm
  • Corn flour  15 gm

Method:

  1. For Chicken: In a bowl, add all the ingredients in a bowl and make mixture of it.
  2. Then marinate the chicken in the mixture and keep it for a while.
  3. Then in a pan, heat the oil and fry the chicken.
  4. For Mushroom Sauce: In a pan, put water, chicken powder, salt n pepper, cream, soya sauce and cook it.
  5. Then add corn flour & the mushrooms then put this sauce on the chicken & then serve it.
