Ingredients for Achari Chicken:

  • Chicken 700 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Turmeric paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Fennel 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seed 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Onion seed 1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole red chilli 10-15
  • Dry garlic 4 tbsp
  • Chat masala 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 8-10
  • Mustard oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Sabzi Karahi:

  • Mix vegetables 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 2-3tbsp
  • Tomato 4-5
  • Green chilli 5-6
  • Whole red chilli 5-6
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Aniseed 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 1/2 tsp
  • Clarified butter 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger sliced for garnish

Ingredients for Thousand Island Sauce:

  • Small onion 1
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Chicken stock 1/2 cup
  • Pickle cucumber 1/3 cup
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
