Egg With Vegetable Mumbai Style, Zeera Chicken Tomato And Spaghetti With Yogurt & Mince by Rida Aftab

Ingredients For Zeera Chicken Tomato:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Fried cumin 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Onion  250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili 6
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First add chicken, tomatoes, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste, chopped garam masala, chopped coriander, chopped red chilies, water cover and let it cook.
  2. When the chicken tenders then pour oil add onion make them golden brown.
  3. Now add chopped green chilies, chicken roast it well.
  4. After that add roasted cumin, coat the chicken and mix it turn off the stove then.

Ingredients For Spaghetti with Yogurt And Mince:

  • Boiled spaghetti 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Mince 500 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Garlic clove  6
  • Green coriander 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Capsicum 2
  • Spring onion  4
  • Egg white  1

Method:

  1. First add mince, onion, chopped cumin, chopped red chilies, salt, garlic cloves chop it well.
  2. Now add egg white make small balls.
  3. Then add butter, heat it.
  4. After that add yogurt, chopped black pepper, salt, stock let it cook.
  5. Now add capsicum, chopped green onion, green coriander, boiled spaghetti mix it well and turn off the stove.

  • Eggs  6
  • Onion  1
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Capsicum  1
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Curry leaves  4
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Red chilies  1 tsp
  • Salt  as required
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Potato 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add curry leaves.
  2. When it starts to smell then add chopped onions.
  3. Now add tomatoes, potato, carrot chop it well.
  4. Then add cumin, red chilies, salt cover it for 10 minutes.
  5. Now add capsicum, green chilies, egg, beat it well and mix it.
  6. Then add tomato ketchup, chopped green coriander and turn off the stove.
