Ingredients For Apple Cheddar Muffins:

For Apple Sauce:

  • Apples  3
  • Water  2 cups
  • Brown sugar  2 tbsp
  • White sugar  2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon  2 pieces

For Muffins:

  • Flour  1 1/2 cup
  • Sugar  1/4 cup
  • Prepared apple sauce 1 cup
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Butter milk 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder  1/2 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese  3/4 cup

Method:

  1. For making apple sauce. take a pan add peeled and grated apple, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon cook it well, until the water dries.
  2. For making muffins, add gram flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, chopped cinnamon filter it well.
  3. Now add ready apple sauce, butter milk, egg, cheddar cheese and stir it with wooden spoon mix it well.
  4. Grease the muffin tray line it, now make lines on it bake it for 180 degree C for 20 minutes.

Ingredients For Tarragon Chicken Steak:

  • Boneless chicken breast 2
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste  1/2 tsp
  • Wooster shier sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  1 tbsp
  • Rosemary leaves  1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tsp
  • Steak sauce  2 tbsp
  • Fries and boiled vegetables  to serve

Ingredients For Creamy Tarragon sauce:

  • Butter  2 tbsp
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp
  • White vinegar  1 tbsp
  • Water  1/4 cup
  • Cream  4 tbsp
  • Dried tarragon  1 tsp
  • Parsley  1 tbsp
  • Spring onion 1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Mushrooms sliced  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Add chicken breast, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, garlic paste, wooster shier sauce, oil, rosemary leaves, soya sauce, steak sauce, marinate it for 30 minutes.
  2. Now pour oil add chicken steak in a frying pan, fry it from both sides.
  3. When the water dries then add tarragon sauce, cook it well, until it becomes ready.
  4. In the end add fries and boiled vegetables on sizzlers then serve.
  5. For making tarragon sauce, add butter heat it add mushroom slice, corn flour, white vinegar, dried taragon, parsley, chopped green onion, salt, black pepper, cream, pour water, until it becomes thick.

Ingredients For Portuguese Chicken Burger:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic  1/2 tsp
  • Burger bun  2
  • Peri peri sauce  2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise  3 tbsp
  • Tomato  1 sliced
  • Cabbage   1 cup
  • Onion rings  as required
  • Cucumber  half sliced
  • Oil  1/4 cup

Method:

  1. First take a chicken breast add salt, black pepper, chopped paprika, garlic, peri peri sauce, lemon juice marinate it for 30 minutes.
  2. Now fry it on low temperature in a grill pan, until it becomes ready.
  3. Then cut the burger bun.
  4. Now fry it lightly, pour sauce and put salad leaves.
  5. After that put tomato slices, cucumber and chicken breast cover it and serve it with fries.
