Ingredients For Butter Chicken Platter With Shan Butter Chicken Masala:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Ketchup  1/2 cup
  • Wooster sauce  1 tbsp
  • Shan makhani masala  1 packet
  • Carrot  1 julienne
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Capsicum  1 julienne
  • Spring onion  2 chopped
  • Green chilies 2 to 3 sliced
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Boiled rice  1/2 kg
  • Boiled eggs  2
  • French fries  to serve

Method:

  1. First pour oil add ginger garlic paste, shan makhani masala and chicken boneless fry it for 2 minutes.
  2. Now add ketchup, wooster sauce, capsicum, green chilies.
  3. When the chicken tenders then add green onion mix it well.
  4. Now add rice boil it well.
  5. Before serving spread the rice on plate, spread chicken, garnish it with french fries and boiled eggs then serve.
  6. Blend the milk, coffee, vanilla ice cream, chopped banana, sugar and ice.
  7. Then take it out in glass then serve it cool.

Ingredients For Coffee Banana Cooler:

  • Milk  1 cup
  • Coffee  1 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops
  • Banana  2 sliced
  • Sugar  2 tbsp
  • Crushed ice  1 cup
