Ingredients For Toffee Pieces:

  • Chopped Biscuits 1 packet
  • Butter  1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar  1 cup
  • Chopped almonds/ pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate chips  1 cup

Method:

  1. First mix the butter and biscuits crush on a baking tray.
  2. Now add chocolate chip and brown sugar cook it and put it on biscuit.
  3. Then put almonds, pistachio place it into microwave oven make it cool and do its pieces.

Ingredients For Stuffed Makhni Capsicum:

  • Capsicum  1/2 kg
  • Boneless chicken  1/2 kg
  • Curry leaves  6
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder  1tsp
  • Green chili paste  1 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Almonds paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic  1 tsp
  • Cream  4 tbsp
  • Butter  50 gm
  • Chopped onion  1 cup
  • Yogurt  250 gm
  • Oil  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil add chopped onions, curry leaves, salt, chopped red chilies, green chili paste and garlic roast the masala.
  2. Now add chicken boneless and yogurt cover it.
  3. When the chicken dries then add cream and lemon juice then turn off the stove.
  4. Then fill the capsicum with masala.
  5. After that add butter, filled with capsicum and cover it for 15 minutes.
  6. When the capsicum becomes soft then add boiled rice then serve.
