- Ginger garlic rice 2-1/2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
- Red chili 2-1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1-1/2 tsp
- Green cardamom 2
- Bay leaf 2
- Dry plum 10-12
- Clove 4
- Cinnamon 2
- Whole black pepper 8
- Cumin powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Tomato 5-6
- Mint 1/2 bunch
- Lemon 2
- Fried onion 1-1/2 cup
