Spicy Shredded Beef, Lahori Style Ginger Chicken And Cottage Cheese Cutlets by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Lahori Style Ginger Chicken:

  • Chicken  1 kg
  • Coriander leaves  1/4 bunch
  • Lemon juice 2-3 lemon
  • Ginger  125 gm
  • Big green chilies 125 gm
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tsp
  • Coriander powder  1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper  1 tsp
  • Dry mango pepper  1 tsp
  • Chaat masala  1 tsp
  • Ghee  for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First add chicken pieces give it cuts do marination with salt.
  2. Take a pan pour oil add water.
  3. Then add salt, chili chicken, chopped ginger and green chilies cover it.
  4. Now cook it for 15 to 20 minutes, tender the chicken and take it out from pan.
  5. Pour oil in a separate pan, add ginger, green chili masala, salt, turmeric, chopped cumin , chopped coriander, chopped red chilies, crushed red chili, raw mango and chaat masala roast it well.
  6. When oil starts to comes up then add chicken and mix it well.
  7. When chicken pieces add masala coat it well for serving then take it out in a serving dish.
  8. Sprinkle lemon juice and green coriander then serve.

Ingredients For Cottage Cheese Cutlets:

  • Milk  250 ml
  • Onion chopped 1 medium
  • Egg beaten  1
  • Green chilies  2
  • Bread crumbs  1 cup
  • Cottage cheese 1 packet
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Semolina  100 gm
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil  for fry
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First pour oil add butter, heat it and pour milk, cottage cheese, semolina, chopped onions, green chilies, green coriander, salt cook it on low temperature make it thick, leave its sides.
  2. Now take out the mixture in plate, make it cool make small balls, press it with hands, so that it gives the shape of cutlets.
  3. When the cutlets are ready then keep it on a side.
  4. Now take a bowl add beaten egg, flour and milk make its batter.
  5. Then dip the cutlet into batter, coat it in bread crumbs.
  6. When all the cutlets becomes ready then pour oil when it becomes golden brown then take it out and serve.

Ingredients For Spicy Shredded Beef:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oregano  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Garlic  3-4 cloves
  • Red capsicum  1
  • Green chilies  3-4
  • Celery chopped 1 stick
  • Tomato  1
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Tabasco sauce  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First make the shredded beef, cut it into julienne shape.
  2. Now add onion, capsicum, green chilies, celery and tomato.
  3. Then pour oil in a pan add garlic for frying.
  4. When garlic becomes red then add beef let it cook make it golden.
  5. Now add vegetables, salt, chopped black pepper, oregano, chopped cumin, tabasco mix it add rice serve it hot.
