Ingredients For Matar & Pista Kheer:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Powder milk 1 cup
  • Khoya 1/4 kg
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom  6
  • Pistachios boiled 20 to 25
  • Almonds boiled  20 to 25
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First boil the peas then blend them.
  2. Then pour hot milk, powder milk and green cardamom.
  3. Then add powder milk boiled pistachio cook them for a while.
  4. Now add khoya mix it well.
  5. Then take a bowl add corn flour with water, put it into mixture.
  6. Add peas and almonds for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Masalaydar Goa Chicken:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds roasted 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin seeds roasted  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper corns 1 tsp
  • Dry red chilies roasted 6
  • Cinnamon stick 1
  • Green cardamom  2
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • White vinegar  4 tbsp
  • Brown sugar  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green and red chilies 4 sliced
  • Lemon sliced 1
  • Cashew nuts roasted  10

Method:

  1. Pour oil add onions for frying until it becomes golden brown.
  2. Now pour water make its paste, then add kasoori methi, roasted cumin, black pepper, dry red chilies, cinnamon and green cardamom.
  3. Pour oil in another pan add mustard seeds. When it becomes crispy then add ginger garlic paste fry it lightly.

Ingredients For Chicken Milano With Spinach Sauce & Mayo Salad:

  • Chicken Breast Fillet 6
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumb 1 cup
  • Egg 2
  • Oil  2 cups

For Spinach Sauce:

  • Spinach blanched 10 leaves
  • Flour  1 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese  2 tbsp

For Mayo Salad:

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage finely sliced 1 cup
  • Carrot julienne 1
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Raisins soaked in water 1 tbsp
  • Milk  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First marinate the fish with black pepper, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce and wooster sauce for 1/2 hour.
  2. Take a bowl beat the egg.
  3. Now add chicken coat it with flour, dip with egg, paste bread crumbs.
  4. Pour oil fry the chicken.
  5. For spinach sauce wash the spinach.
  6. Put butter melt it add flour mix it well, until the flour changes its color.
  7. Now remove it from stove pour milk.
  8. Then add spinach, along black pepper add salt.
  9. Add cheddar cheese then serve.
  10. For mayo salad: add raisins with milk mix it well.
  11. Serve it with chicken milano sauce and mayo salad.
