Ingredients For Mava Cake:

  • Butter 150 gm
  • Egg  3
  • Sugar 250 grams
  • Flour 1 1/2 cup
  • Chopped cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder  1 tsp
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 50 gm
  • Pistachio  50 gm
  • Khoya  250 gm

Method:

  1. First add butter and sugar beat it well.
  2. Now add egg, milk, salt, chopped cardamom, vanilla essence and khoya beat it lightly.
  3. Then add flour and baking powder filter it and fold.
  4. Now add almonds, pistachio, put it into greased tray and bake it on 180 degree C for 30 minutes.

Ingredients For Malaysian Butter Chicken:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • White egg yolk 1
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil  for frying

For Making Masala:

  • Curry leaf 10
  • Red chili 10
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Peanut 1/2 cup
  • Garlic slice 6 cloves
  • Butter 50 gm

Method:

  1. First give the chicken cuts, add egg white, black pepper, salt and corn flour, fry it and take it out.
  2. Now for making masala, add butter, garlic slices, whole red chilies, curry leaves and peanuts.
  3. When it starts to smell then fry the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the salt mix it well and turn off the stove.
