Ingredients For Turai Chana Daal:

  • Boiled gram lentil 1 cup
  • Rich gourd 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onions 2
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Red chilies  8
  • Raw mango pieces 4
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies  4

Method:

  1. First peel the skin of rich gourd chop it.
  2. First add boiled lentils leave it to tender, then change its water.
  3. Now pour oil add chopped onions make it golden brown and take it out.
  4. Then add rich gourd, turmeric, salt and roast it well.
  5. After that add lentils, whole red chilies, fennel, kalonji and raw mango pieces, simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. Add chopped coriander, green chilies and onion serve it hot.

Ingredients For Masala Bhari Tali Green chilies:

  • Big green chilies 6-8
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Oil  to fry

Method:

  1. First add whole coriander, fennel and mustard seeds, roast it well and add roasted and chopped white cumin.
  2. Now add tamarind juice, salt and chopped masala mix it well.
  3. After that add green chilies, give them cut, fill the masala.
  4. Then pour oil in a pan fry it lightly.
  5. Masala bhari green chilies are ready.
