Ingredients For Twister Boti:

  • Undercut beef  1 kg
  • Yogurt 250 grams
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Allspice powder 1 tsp
  • Kachri powder 1 tbsp
  • Chopped whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp

Method:

  1. First cut the undercut into chop style.
  2. Now mix yogurt add kachri powder, chopped whole coriander, chopped cumin, chopped red chilies, chopped green chilies paste, salt, chopped garam masala, cream and lemon juice leave it for 1 hour.
  3. Now put them in shashlik skewers.
  4. Then pour oil cook the undercut on low temperature for 20 minutes.
  5. After that keep its temperature on high roast it.
  6. When water dries then turn off the stove add green coriander and chaat masala while serving.

Ingredients For Karela Keema:

  • Bitter gourd 1/2 kg
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Onion  2
  • Tomato  1/2 kg
  • Green chili 15
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt  1-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First wash the bitter gourd, cut it thin add salt and leave it for 2 hours.
  2. Now wash the bitter gourd, then make bag of cloth.
  3. Then pour oil add bitter gourd and green chilies fry and take it out.
  4. After that pour oil add onions make them golden brown.
  5. Now pour oil add mince, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies, salt and turmeric, chopped garam masala, chopped coriander and tomatoes cover and let it cook for 20 minutes.
  6. After that add bitter gourd, fried onions, green chilies and green coriander.
  7. Add lemon juice simmer it for 10 minutes then serve
