Ingredients For Do Daal Ki Haleem:

  • Boiled meat 1 kg
  • Wheat 2 cups
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Boiled gram lentil 1 cup
  • Onion 250 gm
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1 tsp
  • Mace 1 tsp
  • Allspice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2-1/2 tsp
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. First put the boiled meat in a pan beat it along salt, chopped red chilies, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and a glass of water cook it.
  2. Then add boiled chickpea and wheat boil and chop it mix it in beat and leave it for half an hour.
  3. Now add nutmeg mace chop it well.
  4. After that add chopped garam masala.
  5. Add chopped onions, give it tarka on haleem serve it hot.

Ingredients For Doodh Pista Sharbat:

  • Pistachio 50 grams
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Green color 1 pinch
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Ice  as required
  • Kewra  1 tsp

Method:

  1. First add chopped pistachio.
  2. Now pour milk and sugar cook it well.
  3. Then pour milk in a blender add pistachio and cream, condensed milk, green color and kewra blend it well.
  4. Take it out in glasses add ice then serve.
