Ingredients For Coconut Pound Cake:

  • Self raising flour 150 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Sugar 140 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt pinch
  • Milk 3 tbsp
  • Unsalted butter 5 1/2 ounce
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Yellow color pinch

Method:

  1. First grease the loaf tin, do paper line on it.
  2. Now add self rising flour and baking powder filtered add chopped coconut and keep it on a side.
  3. Then take a bowl add egg, sugar, pinch of yellow color, milk mix it well.
  4. Now add salted butter in a mixture beat it, then milk mixture stir it slowly.
  5. Now put it into greased pan, bake it on 180 degree C for 35 to 40 minutes.

Ingredients For BBQ Chicken Biryani Platter:

  • Chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Orange color pinch

For Rice:

  • Rice 1/2 kg soaked
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • Brown onion 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic  1 tbsp
  • Chopperized tomatoes 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2 chopped
  • Kewra water  1 tsp

Method:

  1. First take boneless chicken, add ginger garlic, salt, chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, turmeric, yogurt and marinate it for 30 minutes then leave it.
  2. Now pour oil, put chicken on skewers fry it, till it becomes ready.
  3. Then simmer it with coal and keep it on a side.
  4. For Rice pour oil add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes for frying.
  5. Now add salt, chopped red chilies, water fry it well.
  6. Then add yogurt fry it well.
  7. Now add boiled rice, green chilies and green coriander.
  8. Add kewra for 15 minutes simmer it on low temperature.
  9. For assembling, mix the rice take it out in a platter.
  10. Now put chicken skewers, put cucumber on its side.

Ingredients For Lemon Tawa Keema:

  • Chicken mince coarse  1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Blended tomatoes 2
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Coriander and green chilies  as required
  • All spice  1 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a pan add chopped onion add ginger garlic.
  2. Now add chicken mince, blended tomatoes, turmeric, roasted and chopped coriander, roasted and chopped cumin, chopped red chilies, cover and cook it on pan, until it becomes ready.
  3. Add lemon juice, chopped garam masala, lemon slices and green coriander and green chilies then take it out.


Ingredients For Strawberry Frappicino:

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Softened vanilla ice cream 3/4 cups
  • Strawberry syrup 1/4 cup
  • Strawberries chopped  5-6 whole
  • Ice cubes  2-3
  • Whipped cream as required

Method:

  1. First blend the milk, vanilla ice cream, strawberry syrup, chopped strawberry and ice cubes, blend it well, until it becomes smooth.
  2. Now take a serving glass add strawberry and blended mixture.
  3. Add beaten cream then serve.
